Abhiyaan Immigration Services Inc. assists clients with immigration and travel documentation matters. We are not a government agency and do not represent the government. We follow the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) guidelines. ICCRC regulates our services.
Abhiyaan Immigration Services Inc. is not responsible for documents lost by Canada Post, courier companies, or any mail service or government office.
Application rejection is purely at the discretion of the government body, and Abhiyaan Immigration Services Inc. accepts no responsibility for rejection.
Once the application is submitted to the government agency., the fees are non-refundable. Payment is to be made in full before submitting an application to the government.
Client Responsibilities
You need to undertake several responsibilities as a client when Abhiyaan Immigration Services Inc. represents you for your application, including:
Providing complete information and necessary documentation such as photocopies of I.D. required documents, application in full completed forms, original documents when necessary, and any other documents requested in a timely fashion.
Advise Abhiyaan Immigration Services Inc. of any updates to your situation, including address changes.
Advise Abhiyaan Immigration Services Inc. of any correspondence you have received directly from the government in a timely fashion.
You are fully and completely responsible for providing any information about yourself and your case whether it goes into your application or not. Misrepresentation is a serious matter and may bar you from any further applications.
Description of Service
The applicant accepts full responsibility and obligation for the accuracy and completeness of the information on government forms. Abhiyaan Immigration Services Inc. disclaims any responsibility for application form inaccuracies, omissions, or incomplete or illegible information. All documents must have an authorized guarantor to be processed if requested. Applicants must meet specific requirements in order to get certificates, passports, and other papers. The government in question is the sole judge of eligibility. The applicant acknowledges that they are responsible for their own travel arrangements, which are not made on behalf of the client by Abhiyaan. Abhiyaan assumes no responsibility or liability for government processing or producing certificates/cards or other government tasks. The terms and conditions set out above remain in full force and effect until Abhiyaan Immigration Services Inc. receives written notice of cancellation from the applicant in a timely manner that allows Abhiyaan Immigration Services Inc. to act on the request.
Abhiyaan Immigration Services Inc. undertakes to solely charge the applicant for service, H.S.T., government fees, delivery charges, and any disbursements that may be incurred. On government fees, there are no H.S.T. costs.
Abhiyaan Immigration Services Inc. service fees are additional to any applicable government fees. Abhiyaan Immigration Services Inc. Service Fees are non-refundable.
The processing period will only commence upon receipt of the funds.
The applicant agrees that Abhiyaan Immigration Services Inc. is not responsible for credit/debit authorization or approval.
This service is provided by the jurisdiction in charge of the certificate or any other requested service. A valid guarantor must be available for confirmation if necessary – this is a government requirement.
All of the government’s requirements must be met.
The applicant must complete and sign the authorization letter given. It must accompany the application for Abhiyaan Immigration Services Inc. to authorize the process and obtain certificate documents or government documents.
Urgent service is void on government holidays and closures for any reason.

Any time limit mentioned for delivering requested documents is an estimate, not a promise.
Abhiyaan Immigration Services Inc. would notify the applicant in some circumstances once the government has issued a certificate. In some situations, the government will directly send the finished document to the applicant. This changes depending on the jurisdiction. All other terms and conditions apply.
Consultations
The typical consultation charge is $100 + H.S.T., which includes a session of up to one hour in length, in person, or over the phone. For appointments lasting more than 30 minutes, clients will be charged an extra consultation cost. With the purchase of any Abhiyaan Immigration Services Inc. service, consultations are included. In most circumstances, if you purchase a consultation before deciding to employ our services, the consultation price can be used to your service fees (see the individual application forms for exceptions). Suppose you meet with an Abhiyaan Immigration Services Inc. representative regarding a fixed-price service and choose not to purchase the service after the meeting. In that case, you are still obligated to pay the consultation fee.

All of Abhiyaan’s work is guaranteed. If you have cause to feel that we did not submit the best possible application on your behalf, please contact us, and we will look into your matter. Following your application, you will be given a chance to provide feedback to help us improve our service in the future.
